Some countries are used as battlefield and proxies to promote arms races and economic interference, for the economic warfare and military operations power demonstration.

After the U.R.S.S. fall, Ukrained was the perfect battlefield between Russia and U.S.A. because of the strategic place of country and Kiev has beem the military capital of the Soviet government, with the warheads, I.C.B.M. and the geo-strategic position to NATO, also, Kiev was the strategic place for the Soviet government.

Ukraine became a kind of tactical scenario between both countries to wage which country will be the new superpower and control the International Relations.

Remmebering other scenarios as Syria and Venezuela, and another superpowers as China that promotes its own politics to be in the main game.
