Leaders: are you a great leader?

Leadership is a character that motivates the team and promotes good quality of objectives.

People all the time describes themselves as leaders, but 95% are just scam trying to flatter their directors or hirarchical leaders, with corruptive atitudes and lack of capability to motivate their subordinate.

In general the capability is to intimidate in charge of receive the reconigtion for something they didn't do. It's more common that people can imagine, specially in private business sector.

Train leadership is hard because andragogy is not an easy thing to practice, it must break the vices and implement methods of understanding in people, general with the formed opinion and dubius characters.

That's how a company promotes its vision and values, is how the team work on. If bosses don't use it's leadership well, the team will be doomed to failure.
