According to western observers, Putin’s using the COVID19 crisis to distort facts of freedom of Russian people, accusing the Kremling of arresting the doctors and hiding information. Kremlin is focusing on counter propaganda to confront the accusations.
The tests of societal control is an effort of flatten the curve of contamination in Russia. The authoritarian tools are used in whole world, but NATO or USA couldn't operate in Italy during COVID19 crisis like Russia, that gained territory and showed capability of operation.
Kremlin is promoting intern security and to try not compromisse the healthy system and put Russia to a collapse just like USA, but western observers are using political influence to promote anti-Russian propaganda in west, to take the credibility of Russia in NATO during a military joint operation in Italy.
