Kremlin is trying to do own imposition to quarantine exploited by UN for the limited sanctions to combat the Covid-19, advancing the longstanding objective of remove international sanctions on Russia and Russian partners, as Syria and Turkey. With the recently attacks of Turkey on Syria, Russia has another question to solve, beyond the Eurasian politics of USA and NATO in the region, and Covid-19. The information campaign in Russia alongside the networks of Russia-amenable actors in Europe, Putin is trying to position itself strategicaly to a win-win game scenario, that's the point of the healthy-military support to Italy and front NATO's borders, in contradiction to the framing US inhumane position of maintaining sanctions during the global pandemic and the modern piracy getting the Chinese equipment front the other needing countries.
