Good things to do in home in the times of Covid-19

Read a book, a nice book and leave TV and great media off. Take yourself from the imposed reality and brainwash. Try to be in your own positive world, working for your adaptation and growing. Work for your own evolution.

Do not stay static. Grow your muscles as you can, improve your workout and align your mind and your body. Make your workout a part of your day and take care of your healthy!

Love your lover, love a lot. Show your belove that you are a great person, do it physically. Play with your kids and love your parnter. Show them that they are beloved and protected.
