How to apply the Spetsnaz Strategy at the business model on our daily life

Recently I wrote about psyops techniques at the business / corporative scenario and the Hybrid Warfare Spetsnaz capability can be close to the scenario strategic analysis, focusing the company to the objectives that they search.

The direction is to promote the geo-strategic scenario of operation, creating a new form of propaganda and disrupting a previous paradigm of leader companies. Exemple of this is the competition to the fast foods, when Mc Donald's had the paradigm and Burger King raised a new form of competition, creating new demands for the consumers and raising Mc Donald's to create new marketing strategies.

The point is to attack at it's weakeness. See the weak point of the concurrence and promote propaganda at that point. Many of the companies had failed because they had difficulty to adapt their doctrine to the new demands on the market, that point became their Achille's Heel and the company couldn't keep at the market.


This competition raised the local small business to create their own fast food models and put the business chanllenge to a new level. The identification of new oportunities and new players, anticipating their actions to and giving new possibility of products to the demanders.

The logistics of the players must have a connection between them. The capability of use one branch to communicate to the holding, and use their branches as they are one only local to be attended.

Pharmaceutics have this logistics, when you can have a register, you can exchange the product at any franchise. Other common model is about the workout franchising. 

The models of Workout Academies work that way, with a networking between them, where the consumer can workout at any place he is, because he has a log at the data system and not only where the consumer subscribed. Smartfit brough this model and now many other academies promote this model of logistics.

The special forces have a constant training routine, simulating real situations of problems, surprise attacks, and mnemonic, conditioning the team to a fast answer and fast capability of attend the problems and demands of the consumers, minimizing the time of answer, optimizing the time of demand and creating partnership and retaining clients.

The motivation of the team is regarded also, promoting a team under a leadership, that has a group of leaderships above another leader and so it goes hierarchically. The point is to motivate the ones who are in the face of the operation all the time, listening to the facts and adopting their knowledge in fields. Raising the moral of the team, the possibility of success is higher, or guaranteed for sure.

This practice goes for a Command and Control and a command team.

The involvement of the special forces is not that they are special forces from born, they are made it. They are doctrinated. They can change their minds with the new designs of the social demands and adapt themselves with the new technologies. The motivation is essential to it.

Actions that dare to be impossible are given to them and they create forms of doing, with their capabilities, bein alert to opportunities and share clear vision of goals, tolerating the most uncommon scenarios and the most bizarre things around that can be gaps to their abilities.

There is no real rule or no classical thinking. New staffs thrieve innovation and the leader innovator too, alert to the changings, constantly changings, of scenarios to oposite sides of the way the companies usualy could do in the past. The demmands is as dynamic as the doctrines, the social behaviors and demanders are volatile. So, good teams must be where the actions are. Leaders lead from the front. battle or business, leaders share the risk. That's the difference of a leader that knows the chaos and the old model leader that refuses to operate in chaotic scenarios, and keep under the total control.

Chaordic leadership demands the ability of work in diverse scenarios, have the capability to operate in diverse chaotic scenarios as in the different controlling scenarios possible. Through discipline and also, work on each part of the team to know theirselves in self discipline.

The bias of communication can create gap and stimulates lazyness to the proccesses of the company. The communication must be clear, reducing the gaps, and the possible disagreements. The voice of command must be certain, specially direct to the team, not use different channels that can put in doubt the actions to be taken.


The stages of commands is to work organized in the right course of action and they keep the work going till the job is done. Which each part of the team is responsible for a specific action, coordinating to them the whole organism that works.

View of the leader must inspire others to follow their path. Leaders give full credit, but accept full blame. Leaders delegate authority byt not responsibily. The goal is completed when the team is completely working out to the objective. So, leaders must take the charge, dominate the situation and establish objectives in the early of the game. The communication, delegation of orders, act decisively and the instincts to be followed comes after the first decision taken, from the moment the team accepted the work or mission.
