One methood of warfare: Terrorism

Terrorism brough new actors to war. Terrorism changed the living methood of Europe, Eurasia and Africa. Terror became a systematic weapon of governments, media, to promote social control, change at the educational system, detour the economy to its interests and promote new scalation at military strategy.

Criminal organizations are promoting terror under their influential geo-politic actions, terror adopted new criminal activities to promote their objectives. Terror is a new system that political expressions learned to act, driving globe to a new scalation of welfare and security state.

Chinese Military power to celebrate the 70th year of the Regime

According to Tokyo and Hong Kong media, the celebration of the 70th year of the communist regime in China showed a growing and confident power and exhibition of the military capability and complex in a march of the troops in Pequin. Under the leader, Xi Jinping, that promissed a pacific development of the military complex.

Naval Spetsnaz capability!

The modern concept of Naval Spetsnaz Brigades were formed by the Soviet Union in the 1950s. Although there were outside influences, the Soviets invested heavily in home-grown technology and doctrine which caused a significant divergence from the Western model. In the Soviet model Naval Spetsnaz Brigades were tasked with reconnaissance (both across the beach and of underwater defenses, landing zones etc), preparation of pre-emptive strikes (e.g. placing nuclear mines in enemy and neutral ports and waterways) and preparation of coastal raids, particularly on the remote radar and SOSUS outposts. The extent to which they conducted cross-border operations during the Cold War is open to discussion although the widespread view is that they did. The belief is that because of the covert nature of their operations and lower likelihood of compromise Naval Spetsnaz got more cross-border time than their army colleagues. This logic still holds true today.

Since the collapse of the USSR in 1991 the Naval Spetsnaz Brigades went through the same period of neglect as other units and, more recently, have taken on more Western influences again. However, the flavor of Naval Spetsnaz is still very Russian.

In Hybrid Warfare Naval Special Forces can adapt to several tasks: 

• Location, identification, tapping and disruption of underwater communications cables;
• Observation of ‘enemy’ naval exercises;
• Coastal raids which can be passed off as carried out by aligned irregular military units notionally outside Russia’s control;
• Kidnapping of high-value targets within reach of coast;
• Low-level sabotage and ‘show of force’ missions intended to frustrate, distract and intimidate enemies;
• Making up for limited conventional naval assets during sudden flare-ups in conflict;
• Training and equipping waterborne saboteurs of aligned irregular/rebel units.

These are just a few, the reader is invited to think up more. The only point is that Special Forces, particularly maritime ones, are particularly suited to low-level conflicts where a degree of deniability is required.

In Soviet doctrine the primary way for Spetsnaz divers to get into the water was by parachute, sometimes even jumping with their DPVs strapped to their bodies. Air mobility still has some relevance but for Hybrid Warfare we should expect a more subtle approach: submarine. The Russians have never adopted Dry Deck Shelters (DDS) (remember, only the SEALs and SBS have those!) or even lock-out chambers in patrol submarines (SSKs) so any Spetsnaz infiltrating NATO shores will have to exit the boat Soviet style: through the torpedo tubes. This is a comparatively dangerous and uncomfortable way to exit or enter a submarine and generally requires the sub to bottom-out in shallow water. Divers, DPVs and any gear need to be hauled out of the claustrophobic confines. Another common method is from boats or quasi-civilian surface ships which may also act as mother-ships for SDV operations.

How to apply the Spetsnaz Strategy at the business model on our daily life

The direction is to promote the geo-strategic scenario of operation, creating a new form of propaganda and disrupting a previous paradigm of leader companies. Exemple of this is the competition to the fast foods, when Mc Donald's had the paradigm and Burger King raised a new form of competition, creating new demands for the consumers and raising Mc Donald's to create new marketing strategies.

The point is to attack at it's weakeness. See the weak point of the concurrence and promote propaganda at that point. Many of the companies had failed because they had difficulty to adapt their doctrine to the new demands on the market, that point became their Achille's Heel and the company couldn't keep at the market.

This competition raised the local small business to create their own fast food models and put the business chanllenge to a new level. The identification of new oportunities and new players, anticipating their actions to and giving new possibility of products to the demanders.

The logistics of the players must have a connection between them. The capability of use one branch to communicate to the holding, and use their branches as they are one only local to be attended.

Pharmaceutics have this logistics, when you can have a register, you can exchange the product at any franchise. Other common model is about the workout franchising.

There is no real rule or no classical thinking. New staffs thrieve innovation and the leader innovator too, alert to the changings, constantly changings, of scenarios to oposite sides of the way the companies usualy could do in the past. The demmands is as dynamic as the doctrines, the social behaviors and demanders are volatile. So, good teams must be where the actions are. Leaders lead from the front. battle or business, leaders share the risk. That's the difference of a leader that knows the chaos and the old model leader that refuses to operate in chaotic scenarios, and keep under the total control.

Chaordic leadership demands the ability of work in diverse scenarios, have the capability to operate in diverse chaotic scenarios as in the different controlling scenarios possible. Through discipline and also, work on each part of the team to know theirselves in self discipline.

The bias of communication can create gap and stimulates lazyness to the proccesses of the company. The communication must be clear, reducing the gaps, and the possible disagreements. The voice of command must be certain, specially direct to the team, not use different channels that can put in doubt the actions to be taken.


The stages of commands is to work organized in the right course of action and they keep the work going till the job is done. Which each part of the team is responsible for a specific action, coordinating to them the whole organism that works.

View of the leader must inspire others to follow their path. Leaders give full credit, but accept full blame. Leaders delegate authority byt not responsibily. The goal is completed when the team is completely working out to the objective. So, leaders must take the charge, dominate the situation and establish objectives in the early of the game. The communication, delegation of orders, act decisively and the instincts to be followed comes after the first decision taken, from the moment the team accepted the work or mission.

NEOCON Agenda in Brazil

The point is returning now. I wasn't about to write about it but after the dismiss of John Warmonger Bolton, the point is that Brazil got isolated again from the military wannabe-exposal politics to show and flatter Trump.

Bolsonaro was bloodeyed to invade Venezuela, praising for a conflict to impress Trump, that considered for a while the non North alied country to NATO.

The war-wanting Brazilian government was a continuation of the PNAC paradigm of John Bolton and the Neocon position of expand the military capabilities of USA through the world, and Bolsonaro flattering the Trump's government all the time, made the Brazil spawn a bond to Bolton, that used Brazil as a geo-strategic place, with promisses of a military base in Northeast to USA armed forces, making USA with a geopolitical position in advantage of East, and with an important projection of the country.

Brazil became a set point to the Neocon, with the expansive politics and the interest of a mule country, that would do anything to get reconized by the USA politics, under the submission of the USA as the superpower. Brazil became a given country to Trump's politics in promotion of an international order ruled by USA and followed by the alieds, demonizating the non-alied countries.

Now with John Bolton dismissed, Brazil got isolated in specific questions as being NATO's alied or being the military leader in South America, with the loud speech of Bolsonaro and the new diplomatic problems between Brazil and France, the Amazon forest questions that Bolsonaro yet to solve the problems tried to blame international actors, also possible corruption scandals involving his sons, and with no atitude under the intern government through the international projection, Brazil lost a little credibility in the scenario.

The projection before was the excuse of Venezuela to invade South America witht a military order, but this failing politics took Bolton from the secretary and made a change of paradigm, aiming next year's ellection too.

Questions involving Brazil is going through the politics:

• Clash with Venezuela and Brazil be geographically positioned, offering advantage to USA over Russia;
• Brazilian economics in Mercosul;
• Military base offered to USA;
• Conservative government flatters Trump;
• Try to implement nepotism under legal statements;
• Christocracy and the demonization of islamists;
• Approximation of Brazil with Israel under international interests;
• Privatization of Brazilian States' companies to USA enterprises;
• Set a military geo-strategic base in South America, confronting Russian geopolitical position;
• New alied in NATO, under the condition of being close relations to Trump, not to European countries; and,
• Reconigtion of USA as the only hegemony, under a unilateral order followed by Brazil.

The dangerous partnership between Bolton and Bolsonaro is beyond the credibility of statesmen, when they both want war to promote the disrupt in the international paradigm, warmongers. The affinity between the demamoguery of both presidents raising the casuality of conspiratorial theoretics facing the oppressive triangle of terror, and used the populism to spread provocative propaganda attacking directly anti-democracit populism and coutnries like Turkey, Russia, Philipines and Venezuela, with possible problems with Hungary and Poland and also, explores Hardpower in justification to attack Venezuela, North Korea and Syria, using proxies to an experimental war between Russia and USA.

The radical principles promote a propaganda of the corruption attacking the leftists, that runs over popular anger and corruptive elite in politics and military, like Maduro and Venezuela's elite. The attack in populist extremist ideas made them both politics that finds the aggressive behavior and speech to promote anger against other countries, searching the accapteante by other bias.

Neocon is a worldwide ideology promoting the USA globalism, and that focus the politics into a military presence of USA world wide, under the preventive attack before the problem happens, showing the hegemony of the USA through the world supported by its followers. Brazil poreviously was considered the first step of the acceptance of Neocon, but after Bolton's out, the scenario for Brazilian president is not so favorable.
