The Mentzerian Axiom
Mike Mentzer's philosophy combined intense training with a rational, almost objectivist view of reality, focusin on logic, maximum effort, and the futility of overtraining.
While Mentzer was more of a rationalist, he twisted his logical austerity into the Nietzschean philosophy.
The Mentzerian Axiom
It is not a quest for glory, but a brief, brutal acknowledgment of reality. The lift is the stimulus, not the end. You fail for a reason; now, you rest for a result. Anything more is simply wasted effort against your own inevitable nature. Evolve or be irrelevant.
