"Success lies on the other side of frustration. Having "fun" is great - "feeling good" is wonderful - "being happy" is a blessing. None can accomplish your goals. Those who advertise that you can, enjoy the fruits of your failures. For effective approaches, you'll develop a love/hate relationship: "tough love" for the comfort zone you must repeatedly exit, walled by a membrane of frustration with habit, convenience and ease".
