Terrorism - an universal method of action

Terrorism is an action promoted with political objectives that have the mean tactics to promote fear in societi, or a specific group of the population. The target points in the most of the cases are civilians, non armed groups, that cannot defend at the trigger of the action, causing constant fear and stress in civilians, and promiting disruptive at the continuation of the ordered politics.

The preconception promoted by western media transformed the Muslim in pre-determinated supposed terrorists, when the terrorism has no real genetical order or religion. Remembering that Israel had terrorist groups, there are terrorist groups armed for proper causes in Europe and USA that are not formed by Muslims.

Terrorism has no face, no nationality, no ethnicity, no religion, it can be done by government, groups, or whatever they want to fight for. It's a constant wave of fear...

Go for your objectives!

Do the best you can, prepare yourself for the adversities, have strategies to get around the baddest situations, be honest to yourself.

To acheve your goals, you must prove your deeds of right by resplendorous will of might, will to power, intelligence and knowledge. Self-realization. That's the point. Your will is not the end, it's the means to achieve your condition of self-realization. Be mean to your obstacles. Be the best is not your option, it's your obligation! Do your best! - Bernardo

S-400 is just a pretext to the tensions between USA and Turkey

The political question beyond the chose of S-400 and the exchange of F-35 project together NATO is the Straight of Bosphorus geo-strategical point of interest of USA and Israel at the geopolitical of relations between West and Middle East and USA supowerpower influence at the region.

The region is a Russian hegemonic place and the strategy to compose the F-35 at Turkey is a influential presence of USA and NATO in the Eurasia.

But Turkey has aligned with East and have a participation active in Syrian War and the hegemonic position at Eurasia. Remembering the Alain Touraine about the Bosphorus strategical point for USA, the political praesentia was supposed not so little late... but before the War on Terror.

The S-400 is just a pretext to USA hijack and betray the NATO policy against Turkey, promoting a constant state of disruptive politics to promote a siege at Turkey, for the Eurasian geo-strategic position of USA.

The S-400 is the excuse to intensify the tension between both countries because many of many reasons, USA don't want the Turkey military influential and strong. Trump had before the politics of Economic Warfare, overtaxing the iron fron Turkey. That politc intensified the tensions between both countries, that is comming to a boiling point.

The USA wanna the playground of Russia weakens, as Iran, Syria and Turkey, accusing them of being Muslim countries those hide terrorists. Just excuse as always.

To the West, it's important to guarantee the security of Israel, controling the energetic and environmental resources from the Middle East. Ergin Saygun, ex-Major State of Turkey, claimed that the S-400 is a small part of the problems, the biggest question is the control of Eurasia and the Israeli politics.

More than a decade the North Americans had discussed the kick off of Turkey of the F-35 program. They never had this interest on Turkey to become a military superpower, that could unbalance the forces of Middle East and Israel will lose the Aereal Supremacy.

Turkey acquisition of S-400 in comparison with the U.S. Systems THAAD and Patriot

Turkey was offered a much better cost the Patriot Systems, but the Turkish government and armed forces decided to stay with the S-400 Russian Systems.

First of all it's about political and geo-politico-strategical questions that involve NATO, U.S.A. and Israel after the trying Coup D'Etat and for the Geopolitical interference on Syrian War.

Than for the technical specifications about the S-400 systems.

Check out the movie below and take the conclusions.

S-400

The S-400 Triumph (Russian: C-400 Триумф, Triumph; NATO reporting name: SA-21 Growler), previously known as the S-300 PMU-3, is an anti-aircraft weapon system developed in the 1990s by Russia's Almaz Central Design Bureau as an upgrade of the S-300 family. It has been in service with the Russian Armed Forces since 2007. In 2017 the S-400 was described by The Economist as "one of the best air-defence systems currently made". According to Siemon Wezeman Senior Researcher of SIPRI the S-400 "is among the most advanced air defence systems available".

Morpheus defence system

A separate independent air defence system 42S6 Morfey (Morpheus) is being developed. This system is designated as short-range air defence system to protect the S-400 from various threats at their terminal phases, and will also act together with the S-350E as a supplement to the S-400. Together, these systems form part of the Aerospace Defence Forces.
Development of Morfey started in 2007 and was planned to be introduced in 2013, however was delayed until at least 2015. The missile system consists of omnidirectional 29YA6 radar, infrared sensors and 36 missiles. The missiles have up to 10 km range and an altitude of up to 3500 m.
Exterior target indication separate independent RLS "Niobium". Mobility 5 minutes. Frequency band S and UHF. Detection range of 600 km (RCS 1 square meter to 430 km), the target speed of 8000 km / h, 4791 miles, Mach 6.35. For detection, the owner of the state to transfer command of targeting items (in this application, the maximum speed grows from subordinates systems). Planner "nniirt".

PATRIOT

The MIM-104 Patriot is a surface-to-air missile (SAM) system, the primary of its kind used by the United States Army and several allied nations. It is manufactured by the U.S. defense contractor Raytheon and derives its name from the radar component of the weapon system. The AN/MPQ-53 at the heart of the system is known as the "Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target" which is a backronym for PATRIOT. The Patriot System replaced the Nike Hercules system as the U.S. Army's primary High to Medium Air Defense (HIMAD) system, and replaced the MIM-23 Hawk system as the U.S. Army's medium tactical air defense system. In addition to these roles, Patriot has been given the function of the U.S. Army's anti-ballistic missile (ABM) system, which is now Patriot's primary mission. The system is expected to stay fielded until at least 2040.

Patriot uses an advanced aerial interceptor missile and high-performance radar systems. Patriot was developed at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, which had previously developed the Safeguard ABM system and its component Spartan and hypersonic speed Sprint missiles. The symbol for Patriot is a drawing of a Revolutionary War-era Minuteman.

Patriot systems have been sold to the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Egypt, Japan, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Republic of China (Taiwan), Greece, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Romania. South Korea purchased several second-hand Patriot systems from Germany after North Korea test-launched ballistic missiles to the Sea of Japan and proceeded with underground nuclear testing in 2006. Jordan also purchased several second-hand Patriot systems from Germany. Poland hosts training rotations of a battery of U.S. Patriot launchers. This started in the town of Morąg in May 2010 but was later moved further from the Russian border to Toruń and Ustka due to Russian objections. On December 4, 2012, NATO authorized the deployment of Patriot missile launchers in Turkey to protect the country from missiles fired in the civil war in neighboring Syria. Patriot was one of the first tactical systems in the U.S. Department of Defense’s (DoD) to employ lethal autonomy in combat.

THAAD

Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD), formerly Theater High Altitude Area Defense, is an American anti-ballistic missile defense system designed to shoot down short-, medium-, and intermediate-range ballistic missiles in their terminal phase (descent or reentry) by intercepting with a hit-to-kill approach. THAAD was developed after the experience of Iraq's Scud missile attacks during the Gulf War in 1991. The THAAD interceptor carries no warhead, but relies on its kinetic energy of impact to destroy the incoming missile. A kinetic energy hit minimizes the risk of exploding conventional-warhead ballistic missiles, and the warhead of nuclear-tipped ballistic missiles will not detonate upon a kinetic-energy hit.

Originally a United States Army program, THAAD has come under the umbrella of the Missile Defense Agency. The Navy has a similar program, the sea-based Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System, which also has a land component ("Aegis ashore"). THAAD was originally scheduled for deployment in 2012, but initial deployment took place in May 2008. THAAD has been deployed in Guam, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Romania, and South Korea.

The vulnerability and lethality analyses of the THAAD have been conducted by the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL). The vulnerability assessment for the THAAD featured an evaluation of the effects of major electromagnetic elements. This included EM interference, EM radiation operations, EM radiation hazards, EM pulse, electrostatic discharge, and lightning effects on components of the THAAD system.
The ARL assessments were designed to determine the THAAD system's growth potential given its tactical design as well as provide survivability analysis against threats such as conventional weapons, chemical weapons, and electronic warfare countermeasures. The data collected from the analyses were used to develop trajectory models for targets and missile as well as target trajectories using infrared scene generation of infrared countermeasures (IRCMs).

The THAAD system is being designed, built, and integrated by Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control acting as prime contractor. Key subcontractors include Raytheon, Boeing, Aerojet Rocketdyne, Honeywell, BAE Systems, Oshkosh Defense, and MiltonCAT.

Hybrid Nonlinear conflicts - Article

The warfare that includes, into the military strategy, political wafare and blends of conventional warfare, irregular warfare, the tactics of RAM and technological warfare, including the capacity of Total War, devastation, insurrection, civil unrest, non linear agents, psycholocal warfare, media, fake news spread, terrorism, guerrilla and non direct combat like diplomacy, legal appliance and ideological clash.

The Hybrid Warfare can be used to describe a flexible and complex dynamics of the battlespace requiring an adaptable and resiliente response with the asymetric scenarios, including academic literature that promotes theoretics of the combat. Since Sun Tzu and Clausewitzian warfare, the irregular size of the forces can be described with hybrid conflics, as the technics of infiltration, assassination, destruction of the enemy and use of unequal capability of weapons were always used. The Punic Wars there was an irregular use of the force while Rome and Cartage were both in unequal sizes and unequal strategic capabilities.

The post Cold War resulted, with the Russian complexity of the warfare system of the Revolution in Military Warfare, with the a new paradigm of warfare, after the unipolar conventional hegemony and the rise of the new politics of USA with the idea of PNAC, the Conventional Western concepts of war are incompatible and fundamentally misaligned with the new realities of cyber warfare conceptions, new irregular agents into battle.

The linear conflicts can be defined by a sequential profress of the planned strategy by opposing sides, with (almost) equal forces and with the geographical position as essential to the maintenance of the conflic, while the NONLINEAR is the simultaneous deployment of multiple, complementary military and paramilitary agents and instruments at the long range conflicts, with the geography not so essential to the maintenance of the conflict, and the usage of cyber stape, air space with use of non tripulated aircrafts, use of media, etc.

Linear conflcits are defined by sequential progress of a planned strategy by opposing sides, whereas nonlinear is a simultaneous deployment of multiple, complementary military and non-military actors at these warfare tactics.

The NON-linear is fought when a state uses the conventional and irregular military in conjunction - completing each other - with psycholocigal, economic, political and cyber assaults, raising confusion and disprder and the use of weaponised information - about data, OSING, HUMINT and disinformation - exacerbating the perception of insecurity in the population as political, social and cultural identities, polarizing the society.

This 'blurring' dividies teh population, creating interest groups and powerful political organizations, exploiting their identities - the tactic of divide and conquer - additioning, nonlinear warfare tactics as deterrent towards as a more powerful ally of the besieged state.

The Ukrainian conflict can be described with the use of military force to the annexiation of Crimea followed by a subsequent civil war and use of civilian militias to direct conflict. The use of ideological schools can be described as essential to promote xenophobia, russophobia, contract of foreigners to support the conflict, use of militias and media was essential to this proccess.

The conventional Western concepts are incompatible to the twenty-first century, emerging of an unipolar post-Cold War world order, resulting a new paradigm. This change requires that U.S.A., NATO and allies to adopt a new legal, psychological and strategic understanding of Warfare and use of force, based on technology use and irregular actions, using small local conflicts in change of long range and direct clash.

The term "hybrid war" connotes that the use of conventional military force is supported by these irregular and cyber warfare tactics, in practical application. The Russian concept of 'nonlinear conflict' is an exemple of this HYBRID WARFARE Strategy.

A intersection between the total war, the hybrid warfare and the technological warfare is the core point that determines the hybrid scenario. The strategies goes for a complexity of the political usage to promote the direction which war can be drove.

The non-standart complexity of new adversaries, promotes a conflict between state or non-state action. The use of private companies at the combat zones and the civilian use for military intelligence, the drones and technology to promote interception of data is an exemple of how hybrid warfare level goes.

The adversaries are a combination of conventional and irregular methods and tactics, including conventional capabilities of artillery, aircrafts and infantry to irregular tactics of mercenaries, armed civilian, civil unrest, gangs, information, terrorist tactics, guerrilla, criminal activities and indiscriminate violence. The use of clandestine actions avoiding the attribution or aspirations, blended tactics, infrastructure damage and psychological terror.

Mass communication for propaganda and spread of fake news, raise of psychological operations and raise of psychological terrorism, promoting unconstant fear and uncertain attacks over the population, creating false flags and fake stories of an element of a hybrid warfare.

The raising chaos is a non-linear possibility that makes a constant conflict in the social organism, becoming a part of the nature of the natural proccess of the social dynamism.

My article from 2013 - (no title) Terrorism in 2013 scenario

Despite the ancient dated conflicts between the Chechens and the Russians, after 9/11 attack, Russian government assumed the position on war on terror and support to the combat of Al-Qaeda sympathizers, some Chechens rebels had a jihadist position and Russia proclaimed that combat the Chechen fighters is a part of the War on Terror.[1] The ideology of identity on the Caucasus region, with ideology separatist and nationalist became stronger after the identity of the muslins. Searching for this identity, raised a group called Caucasus Emirate self proclaimed a virtual state entity, being successor of Chechen Republic. Both USA and Russian Federation have designed Caucasus Emirate as a Terrorist Organization, in 2011 the United Nations Security Council added Caucasus Emirate to the list of entities associated to Al-Qaeda.[2]

In the same year of its formation, Caucasus Emirate declared hostility against the west, describing United States, Great Britain and Israel as common enemies of Muslins worldwide.
After Chechen War, the Caucasian rebels the separatist militants had their forces almost destroyed and part of their leaders dead, but the rebels kept challenging the military power from Moscow by terrorist attacks and guerrilla tactics. The Caucasian leader, Ichkeria Dokka Umarov, is the most wanted man in Russia because of the terrorist actions.[3]

In 2010, suicidal attacks killed 39 people in Moscow and 14 in Dagestan, in retaliation to the Vladimir Putin politics in Caucasus. It was also to cause impact on the Moscow civilians. Umarov himself told that the war must come to the streets to show the Russian population how they feel about the Russian politics. The terrorist attacks used the tactics of suicide bombs, one car was detonated while was being in pursuit by the police, minutes later a militant wearing like police officer did a second explosion close to people around.

Days later, 14 people were killed in Dagestan, Umarov claimed the attacks, by the same motive, the murders on Arshty village.[4]

After these attacks, Umarov was designated a terrorist by the terms of order 13.224 in July 2010 and listed at the UN 1267 Al-Qaeda and Taliban Sanctions Committee on March 10, 2011.[5]
By the words of Dr. Souleimanov:
“The attacks on downtown Moscow subway stations in March 2010, a market in Vladikavkaz, North Ossetia in September 2010 and Moscow's Domodedovo Airport in January 2011 cost nearly 100 lives, mostly civilians. Less lethal, but more frequent, diversionary and terrorist assaults take place almost daily in the North Caucasus, a multiethnic region of the Russian Federation spreading across the northern slopes of the Greater Caucasus Mountain Range from the Caspian Sea to the Black Sea. According to official data provided by the National Anti-Terrorism Committee of the Russian Federation, the number of terrorist attacks in the nation increased by nearly 60 percent during 2009, the very year that the Kremlin officially declared the end of its highly praised counterterrorist operation in the Chechen Republic.”[6]

During the Boston Marathon, the incident involving the brothers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnev, the attention were all turned to the terrorism on Dagestan. Even with the message from the State saying that Province of Dagestan is not fighting against the USA, it was in American soil. The attack turned the attention to Caucasian Jihadism. Boston Attack was more psychological and ideological than political. The brothers identified themselves with the ideology because personal motives of threats and loneliness. Many hatred messages were put on social networks. The tactics was very primal. They used homemade bombs and put in the middle of concentration of civilians. The excuses were that USA is against the Islam, also to show the Russia about the ideology that is worldwide.[7] [8]

Caucasus Emirate is not only an international terrorist group. They are also local criminals. Recently, in September 2013, police killed two bandits that were identified as members of Caucasus Emirate. During the routine to arrest members of gangs, three men opened fire against the police officers, that answered the offensive. One of the three men ran fled the scene injured. With them were found pistols, a Kalashnikov rifle, grenades and homemade bombs.[9]

One of the possible scenarios on the European Union is the identity of Muslim world. They are close to Turkey also, and in European soil. Any position on the UE with Turkey can awake any anger against the position of EU, on Turkey is betraying the Muslim world, or maybe the EU is segregating the Turkey because they are Muslims, both excuses can be used to provoke any attack. According to German Press, in May 2013, it was suspicious that members of Caucasus Emirate were instructed to go to Syria to fight against Damascus rebels. Media also reported explosions in center of Berlin during the final of Champions League.
